@tany and @ex-animo are probably the only ones to care, mwaha!~
SO this is my new plot idea! Ive been trying to figure out a place to put this little nugget of family goodness for a while so I think this might be an excellent place!
First backstory time!!
Our Lady friend here was betrothed to marry of fancy lord in the North when she was only 12-14 years old. She was shipped off to the gross North by her family in some frilly southern place. She was most likely the youngest of her family and was married off just to get her out of their hair. Her family did not attend her wedding, nor have they ever attended her ever since then. They just enjoy reading her letters that come every now and again from the North and enjoy whatever is it they are doing now.
Well...at least they assume the letters are from her.
Along the journey to the gross north, Lady's caravan was attacked by some Wildlings that had come over the wall. The Wildling tradition is for men to steal their wives from other clans. This was less stealing and more...Lady followed them. (or whatever, we can work something out). Most everyone in her caravan had been killed by the Wildlings (I would assume the caravan was only a few men to accompany them). The only person left alive was her handmaiden about her age. The young girl had been given to her at birth and was sent to the North as well.
It was funny how people could agree to a marriage without ever first seeing their bride.
SO! Lady runs away with the Wildlings and the maid runs into the next town to explain what happens and cry about how they took her hand maiden away and killed everyone else and how she just can't wait to marry her lord and leave all of those scary nightmares behind.
Fast forward to like...20 years later of whatever: The most adorable of families ever. (former) Lady and her Wildling man now have a son just as fierce of both combined.
There are plenty of ways I could see this plot going and the minor details that we can work out in the history, but what I really want to happen is just going to be so much fun for everyone.
I somehow want to get this bunch of kiddies into Westeros and out from Beyond the Wall. Something like...Everything was found out about the maid not being the true Lady and the original family never had any grandchildren and want to marry off the crazy-ass boy to a really rich wife for political reasons or something.
I want to play the son, that's all I know. XD And I want to get him in "the south" and just cause all the troubles. Mwahaha. People trying to get him to act civilized and take and bath and not kill his own food. All that fun stuff. It's going to be horrible. But awesome. Heck, he could even be stolen somehow and the mother and father are on a man-hunt with other Wildlings to try and get him back.
Im trying to figure out ways to make this happen, and if yall have any ideas/opinions I would love to hear them.
So...these are the only characters Im allowing myself. THIS IS IT....>.> NO MORE....>.>
Rhina Greyjoy: cripple, oldest daughter, she travels around Westeros making bows and other things for people. She's trying to save up money so she could get her own ship and crew to prove to her father she could be heir...she clearly missed the lesson of "We Do Not Sow"
Lord Kedric Tyrell: Lord of Highgarden, super crazy...he likes to kill people and drink their blood. Yep...that's about it.
Ao'Rakh: A former slave boy from Essos. He was born a Lhazareen (the shepherds on Essos), until he was captured by the Dothraki and then traded from there. He served as a servant/slave at Slaver's Bay for most of his life. Until he managed to sneak onto a ship and sail to Westeros. So...he's a former slave that speaks minimal amounts of the Normal Speech. He would have been 'bought' and used in whatever servanthood he would be needed. I was thinking somewhere in King's Landing...but honestly it'll be with whoever would want to plot with him. Haha.
Ill make Ao'Rakh when someone wants/needs a little adorable servant boy.
Slavery is against the law in Westeros...but he's obviously not really going to understand that concept. So...he'll be pretty to look at and have a great work ethic!! Also, he's not really going to know that people can't kill/hurt their servants...so, he's going to be a BIT panicy when he does things wrong or doesn't understand. It's going to be adorable~
